All orders are handmade using the materials stated.
The nature of making items by hand means there may be slight variations in colour, size or appearance between the item as pictured on the website and that delivered. This should be viewed as a positive thing and a confirmation of the items originality and uniqueness.


How to order

Browse items by collection
Click any small image to see that items details page, with a larger image, prices, sizes, description and material information etc.
To buy, click "add to cart", note* with rings please make sure you have entered the size required in the box while you checking out.
When you have finished browsing, click the "view cart" button on the top right of any page, and then "secure checkout".


Payment & Security

Online payment transactions are preceded through PayPal in order to accept credit card payments through secure means.

Please refer to the Paypal website www.paypal.co.uk for further details. For any payment processing or failure enquires, please contact PayPal at http://www.paypal.co.uk

If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please enclose a cheque with a written order. Please add £5 for postage & packing.

Delivery


All items will normally be dispatched within 7-14 days. However, as all products are hand-made some can take up to 28 days for delivery.

Orders are dispatched by Registered Post and require a signature upon receipt. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched.

Every Aniska order will be delivered in a gift box.

Postage and packing costs £5.00 per order will be added at checkout, and cover special delivery charges.


Returns

We offer refunds on any jewellery ordered online if returned unworn within 14 days of receipt. We would ask you to keep all packaging and return the goods as they were sent out - by registered post. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded. Please enclose the dispatch note that accompanied your order together with the items within 14 days of receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to us in a saleable condition. When sending your return, please obtain a Proof of Postage in case the parcel fails to reach us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. You can choose to have an exchange or a full refund. Please note that Aniska will not pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or damaged.
